Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities,- Tripura under the administrative control of National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (NILD), Kolkata was established in the Year November 2017 at Narsingarh, Tripura West. During the year centre provided 4332 supportive/rehabilitation services to 684 new cases and 2109follow up cases. Centre conducted12 identification cum screening camp through which 1042 persons will be benefitted.Total 254 numbers of Aids and appliances distributed to during the year through centre and camps. Centre conducted total 34 number of short term training program, awareness cum sensitization program and webinars in which 2949 participants from rehabilitation field participated. Centre also provided services of “KIRAN” Mental Health Rehabilitation Helpline to 413 beneficiaries out of which 347 were new cases and 66 follow up cases.
