Beyond the Injury: Rahul Singh’s Journey to Independence

Rahul Singh from Dankuni, West Bengal, lost his right upper limb at the shoulder disarticulation level following a severe crush injury with a Shoulder Disarticulation Prosthesis fitted by the Department of Prosthetic & Orthotics, NILD Kolkata, he is now able to perform basic activities of daily living, marking a strong step toward independence and confidence.
